  • Response to an intruder alarm as a key holder. Our staff will act as a filter, assess the situation, and deal with any immediate issues
  • Response to an intruder alarm as the escort. Our staff will meet the customer key holder and carry out an escorted inspection, ensuring their safety at all times
  • Response to a remotely monitored CCTV. Where an intruder has been detected, the CCTV operator has the option of requesting Professional Security to attend the site to address
